Who we are
A consultancy built around the project, not the org chart
Aetera was established in Sydney with a simple conviction: engineering advice is only valuable if it can be built. Our directors lead projects personally, so the person who sets the design strategy is the person who answers the contractor's questions on site.
We work across residential, commercial, industrial and public infrastructure projects, delivering civil and structural design under one coordinated package. Because both disciplines sit in the same office, interface issues get resolved in conversation rather than in a request for information.
From feasibility and planning support through detailed design, authority approvals and construction phase services, our clients deal with one accountable team from first sketch to final certificate.
