Before you get in touch
Do you work outside New South Wales?+
Yes. Our home base is North Sydney and we deliver projects across New South Wales and Western Australia, working with local surveyors and geotechnical consultants where required.
Can you provide both civil and structural design on one project?+
That is our preferred arrangement. A single project lead coordinates both disciplines, which removes the interface gaps that appear when civil and structural are engaged separately.
How quickly can you provide a fee proposal?+
For a defined scope with architectural drawings and a survey available, we typically issue a fee proposal within two business days.
Do you attend site during construction?+
Yes. Site inspections, RFI responses and construction certification are a standard part of our service, and we recommend including them in the engagement from the outset.
What do you need to start a project?+
A detail survey, the architectural or layout drawings, any geotechnical report available, and the planning consent conditions if the project is already approved.
